The FireShield controller
Built for the conditions a wildfire brings: extreme heat, smoke, ash and lost power. The controller runs on solid-state electronics in a sealed, weather-rated enclosure, stays connected when local networks fail, and acts on the owner’s settings the moment a fire comes within range.
No moving parts
Solid-state electronics and purpose-built firmware. No fan to clog with ash, no operating system to crash or update.
Stays connected
Wi-Fi, cellular and satellite, with battery backup and optional solar. Losing the grid or the cell tower does not take it offline.
Protects the plumbing
Manifolds stay unpressurized in standby and are only pressurized when the system runs.
Local control, always
The override switch on the unit stops any activation, whether it was started by the owner, the app or automatically.

The hardware
The same hardware for every house.
One FireShield controller runs up to 36 zones, where typical systems run 6 to 8, and a large estate simply adds controllers that work together in one app. A small home and a multi-building estate use the same hardware. Only the settings change, plus any add-ons you choose (foam, more manifolds, a siren or a camera; satellite comes standard). Adding them does not mean redoing the wiring or plumbing.

Utilities now shut the power off on purpose during high wind and high fire risk, for days at a time. A regular pump wired to the house stops with it. The FireShield Off-Grid Pool Package draws from your pool and runs from the FireShield Power Hub instead.

Future of Wildfire: Predictive Models
FireShield PWHA (Probabilistic Wildfire Hazard Analysis) runs an ensemble of fire-behavior simulations from every relevant source, from fuel, terrain and fire history to humidity, wind now and ahead, satellite heat and firefighting lines, and aggregates them into the probability that each spot burns in the next six hours, updated every minute. We tested it on a replay of the 2025 Palisades Fire. This is research: always follow your local fire authorities.
